Ive had the Digital Stream 8205U for around 4 weeks now and I have found it a joy to use. There have been no problems with the box, all recordings whether single or series link have been successful and regarding series link none have been missed due to programmes starting late. The EPG is there when you want it no waiting for it to populate and navigation is fast and easy as is other functions which are available. There has been one software update for this box already which cured some initial teething problems and added 5.1 sound. Another is due towards the end of August which I understand will include a picture quality menu for adjusting brightness/contrast/sharpness output of the box as like me and other owners have found the picture can be a little soft. On subject of support I would like to add that MIT give an excellent service and are happy to hear from users of any problems that they have encountered and more importantly act upon it. I contacted them regarding the picture quality Which isnt a major problem and received a telephone call from one the their engineers who spoke to me at length regarding this issue. All in all the Digital Stream HDPVR in my opinion is the one to beat and it does exactly what it says on the box. FIVESTARS
