The Stealth Acoustics model FX6 is a two-way, full-range loudspeaker system that becomes completely invisible after installation. The loudspeaker has a rigid frame which attaches directly to standard structural framing without the need for special mounting brackets. The paintable active diaphragm face is a structurally modified three layer composite consisting of two layers of graphics grade paper with a foam  core. The diaphragm is bonded to the frame of the speaker panel, creating an active area surrounded by a stable mounting area.

Basic installation instructions areshown on a removable cover sheet that is to be removed before taping and finishing begins. The face of the  panel has been pre-primed and is ready to receive finishing materials. The edges of the panel are tapered similar to the edges of gypsum wallboard, providing the room necessary for normal wallboard tape and joint compound to be used to feather the speaker seamlessly into the wall.

Stealth Acoustics’ invisibility offers a powerful advantage over other loudpeakers, as they can be placed wherever they sound best, free of visual concerns that may conflict with architectural features.
